How Your Donations Help

St. Luke

Building Great Care

Gifts to St. Luke’s Foundations sometimes include the involvement of nearly a whole community, like the $380,000 raised in the Mountain Home area for the new emergency department at St. Luke’s Elmore, which opened in January 2018.

Or like the grassroots efforts that raised $1 million for the Respite House coming soon to Fruitland. The Fruitland Community Council led the effort, which included hundreds of individual donors, local events, foundations and corporations. The Respite House will ease the burden of travel for people receiving cancer treatment at St. Luke’s Cancer Institute and their families.

Generosity is also fueling the planned expansion and modernization at St. Luke’s McCall through the “Right Care, Right Here” campaign, as well as the Idaho Elks Children’s Pavilion taking shape in downtown Boise.
