St. Luke's Clinic – Salmon River Family Medicine

Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether you need preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We promote the concept of a medical home, emphasizing a continuous relationship with a provider coordinating care for both wellness and illness. We believe that knowing you over many years, and knowing your family, helps us understand how your healthcare impacts your life.

At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including women’s health, obstetrics, annual exams, immunizations for children and adults, family planning, skin biopsies and lesion removals, diabetes management, and sports medicine. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

We also offer orthopedic and physical therapy for adults and children to help with recovery from an injury, surgery, or to manage a chronic issue like arthritis.

Symptom Checker

Use Our Symptom Checker for Advice

Our symptom checker offers educational information on various conditions, and provides advice regarding home care or first aid, when appropriate, as well as instructions on when you may need to call your provider, call 911, or go to an emergency department. It also offers dosage tables for common over-the-counter drugs.

The information in our symptom checker is designed with patient safety as the highest priority. Each care guide is reviewed by physicians, specialists and nurses for accuracy.

If you need additional advice regarding your sickness or injury, please contact your provider.
