Pediatric Home Health

Our Pediatric Home Health team is specially trained in pediatrics and dedicated to providing skilled, compassionate care for high-risk newborns and children of all ages. Our providers’ cumulative years of dedicated pediatric care in nursing, social work, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy provide a continuum of care as the child transitions to and from the home environment.

Services are provided under a physician’s order for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. In partnership with the patient’s family and physician, our home health professionals create a plan of care tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient.

Our Expertise

Our multidisciplinary team provides specialized home health services for premature infants, children of high-risk families, children with congenital anomalies, and children with swallowing and feeding problems. We also work with oncology, orthopedic, cardiac, and IV therapy patients.

We develop an individualized family-centered plan of care for each patient. We provide care seven days a week, including holidays, with 24-hour on-call services.

Insurance Coverage and Support

St. Luke’s Home Health services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private health insurance companies. If you don't have health insurance coverage, we can help you find other care options.
