Amanda (Mandy) Allaire, NP is a nurse practitioner with experience in primary care and aesthetics. She has been an Aurora Star award recipient and a nominee for the Kate Ellen Polacheck Nursing award.
Mandy earned her degree as a nurse practitioner from Marquette University and completed a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, gardening, cooking, exploring farmers' markets, and spending time with her family.
Randy Barnes, MD is an emergency medicine physician with certification in wound and hyperbaric medicine.
Natasha Brenner, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who specializes in wound care. She earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science at California State University, Sacramento, and her doctor of physical therapy at Nova Southeastern University-Tampa.
In her free time, Natasha enjoys outdoor activities, including snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and paddle boarding.
Heather Davis, PA-C has experience in primary care, urgent care, and specialty experience in otolaryngology and occupational medicine. She earned her bachelor's degree in biologic sciences from McPherson College, and her degree in physician assistant studies from Wichita State University.
Robyn Develle is a board certified family nurse practitioner specializing in wound and hyperbaric medicine. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from the University of Idaho.
Eric Elliott, MD, FACEP specializes in healing challenging wounds and treating patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for a variety of conditions. He enjoys working with patients to improve lifestyle factors, especially promoting and teaching whole food, plant-based eating.
Warren Gude, MD is the medical director for St. Luke’s Wound and Hyperbarics, and is board certified in undersea and hyperbaric medicine by UHMS and the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Gude also serves as the medical director of Life Care Center of Treasure Valley, as well as the Vibra Hospital of Boise.
Sheri Harrison PT, CWS specializes in diabetic foot care, offloading and edema management. She is also an experienced clinician in wound care management.
Sheri earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in physical therapy, both from Idaho State University. She was awarded diplomate status as a certified wound specialist from the American Academy of Wound Management.
Frederick Klein, MD specializes in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. He served as a board certified emergency medicine physician prior to moving to wound care with St. Luke’s. Dr. Klein’s genuine concern for the well being of his patients is a hallmark of his service, and he takes time to educate his patients as well as treat them.
In his free time, Dr. Klein dabbles with foreign languages, enjoys playing racquetball and volleyball, and appreciates opportunities to travel.
Mileen Langley, MPT, is a physical therapist and certified wound specialist through the American Board of Wound Management. As a physical therapist, her perspective on wound healing includes a focus on the entire person and not just their wound.
Mileen serves as the practice director for St. Luke’s wound clinics and enjoys being able to advance the program. She feels lucky to step out from behind the desk to treat and interact with patients.
She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physical therapy at California State University Fresno.
Raymond J. Otto, MD is board certified in emergency medicine and hyperbaric medicine.
Dr. Otto is a clinical instructor for the University of Washington and has held teaching positions at the Medical College of Wisconsin, as well as taught residents from the University of Wisconsin Hospital System. He served as the medical director and president of the medical staff at Southwest Advanced Care Hospital. He continues to also be the medical director of the several wound care programs in extended care facilities in the Treasure Valley.
In his free time, Dr. Otto enjoys training for and participating in triathlons.
Kathryn L. Powell, PA-C is a graduate of Idaho State University Physician Assistant Program.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys skiing, white water rafting, mountain biking, and raising her family in Boise.
Lauren A. Schoessler, FNP-C is a board certified nurse practitioner with a special interest in wound care and experience in emergency care. She is passionate about helping others and dedicated to playing an active role in her community.
Lauren earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Carroll College and her master's degree in nursing from Walden University. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, being outdoors, fishing, and hunting.
Deborah L. Simmons, PT, DPT, MTC, CSCS specializes primarily in the management of venous stasis and diabetic and pressure ulcers. She takes great pride in educating her patients and the importance of lifestyle changes.
Deborah earned her first bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a second bachelor's degree in health science plus a master's of physical therapy from Touro College School of Health Sciences. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy and her manual therapy certification from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds her CrossFit level 1 certificate.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, camping, flying and spending time with her friends and family.

Mandy earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Purdue University, and her physician assistant's degree from Duke University.
Klaas H. Vanden Beld, NP is a board certified family nurse practitioner specializing in wound care. Klaas is a certified wound care specialist (CWS), caring for all wound types.
Klaas earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Athabasca University in Canada. He has nursing and wound care experience in both Canada and the United States.
